I agree with the previous poster who talked about "sealing" the scent in. Basically, what they described is called "layering" the scent. Here is a list of full layering:
Exfoliate 2-3x/week
Use scented shower gel or moisturizing shower cream
Apply scented body lotion/body cream/body butter (while skin is damp, type depends on skin type)
Apply a few spritzes of scented fragrance mist to skin
Apply a few sprays of scented EDT to your wrists, neck area (if desired)
This is a full layering of scent, which may not be desired at all times. The lightest layering would be to shower with your scented product, then apply scented lotion or cream (the type will depend on how dry your skin is), and then perhaps some fragrance mist in your scent (or just use EDT instead-it is a little stronger but not as strong when used solo rather than in combo with fragrance mist).
You can vary how much of the list you cover to alter the depth and duration of your fragrance. Sometimes you may want less scent if you are going to work or school, or other similar places where strong scents or perfumes may be frowned upon.
Now there are some additional products in the Sweet Pea fragrance line you could use as well, if you wanted to. First, there are the fairly new sugar scrubs in select Signature scents, including Sweet Pea. I like these scrubs in that they are good exfoliators, are less oily than many other sugar scrubs, they don't leave a film of oil behind on your body, and they lather up so you feel really clean. Sweet Pea also comes in a shampoo and conditioner, although I don't know that the hair care is for everyone. I've used another scent, and it is a good product but not tailored to speacialty hair care. It would be up to you to decide if you wanted to try it.
No amount of fragrance layering will give you a scent that lasts all day and into the evening. You will need to touch up at some point. The important thing here is not to overdo. You become accustomed to your scent, and you underestimate how much still remains. So before you touch things up a bit, it is helpful to ask a close friend or co-worker (if you can) how much they can smell of your fragrance. If it is still quite detectable to them, I would use a few sprays of fragrance mist only. If no one seems to notice much left of your scent, go for some EDT to boost things up.
A few small things to do throughout the day: the Signature hand cream is great if you have dry skin on your hands and you wash frequently. On the run? Use your choice of Sweet Pea waterless anti-bac sanitizers. There is also travel-sized lotion and fragrance mist. And while I don't believe there is one offered right now, be on the look out for giftsets that might come out in the future that might contain a small EDT in Sweet Pea.
As for mixing fragrances, that takes a lot of trial and error. Sometimes you can find a body cream of one fragrance, that does well with the fragrance mist of something else. I've mixed some different body creams together to create unique scents. Others have posted some of their "mixes" and suggestions. You could search the conversations for the topic "mixing scents or fragrances" and see what you find. So mixing scents can be accomplished, but it takes time to find a combination that works and that works well for you (we all have our own body chemistry to contend with, so what works for someone may not come across all that great for someone else). If you feel like being creative, go for it. You just may find some great new unique scents for yourself. You'll probably find some bad mixes, too, along the way.
Hope this helps. Sorry for the length.

There is a 3 step ritual to make your scent last longer. After using your favorite bbw shower gel, apply your lotion, body cream, or body butter. Next, "seal in" the frangrance by applying your body splash, and to make your scent lasts even longer, add a few sprays of the Eau de Toilette.
I recommend using the same scent, as mixing scents may turn bad very quickly.
