Question
If I have a gift card do I pay for shipping?

You CAN use the gift card to cover the shipping if the card has enough $$ on it.

For example; if your gift card is worth $50 and you order $45 worth of items and shipping is $5 you can use the card to cover both. BUT if your card has a $45 value, you will have to cover the $5 shipping charges.

Happy shopping!!

Yes, you'll pay for shipping. If the gift card's value is high enough to cover the cost of your item + the cost of shipping + any applicable sales tax, you're good to go. Otherwise, you'll need to enter credit card information to cover the difference, or remove something from your order.

hi. if you are paying entirely with the gift card and INCLUDING any tax and shipping your total exceeds the gift card amount, then you will need to pay the difference for the amount past the gift card. in other words, a gift card does not include free shipping. if your card is for, say $50, and you select items at $50 or above, then you will need to pay the difference. if your selection comes to, say, $40, you can prolly get your shipping in on there too.

Can I place an order online and pick it up myself at the nearest store instead of having it shipped?

Currently no. But I hope someday we will be able to.

More and more companies are heading in this direction. It is very convenient for the customer and I think there are pros for both company and consumer.

One major obstacle is the different tiers of stores. However, some of this of this obstacle could be overcome.

If you live in a city or near one with a Flagship, you should be able to pickup almost all products at a BBW store you select, given enough time for BBW to move product to your pickup location. Small shipping wihtin cities is not as expensive as long-range shipping, I would think (but I could be very wrong about this I admit). BBW would probably need to consolidate those shipping routes, so it might take longer for products to arrive at your pick up location. I could see having to wait a little longer to pickup specialty items for the convenience of such a service. And for cities with a large number of standard stores, specialty items may only be delivered to a few of these for pickup (at strategic points around a city, not near the Flagship(s), to make it practical). For regularly in stock standard products, it would simply be a matter of # in stock, and time for a BBW associate to assemble your order. For the Classics, that would be much more of a problem since only rare stores carry limited Classics so online really may be the only viable option.

There is another large obstacle, however, one that would have to be addressed for any of this to occur. Space and sales associate time. It takes space to hold orders awaiting pickup. And it takes sales associates' time away from the floor to assemble products for pickup and then get them to the customer when they arrive.

I haven't even addressed the website modifications that would have to occur. For instance, tracking stock at any given store. I know from experience at other stores that these things are never accurate. However, I believe item tracking does the best it can. People are always returning things. And store systems are designed to keep a "buffer" so that store shelves don't stand empty for the walk-in customer.

For these reasons, I don't see store pickup happening in the very near future. But as I said, more and more companies are offering this in our lackluster economy, so I wouldn't rule it out in the future.

No, you have to have it shipped like most companies. Sometimes the outlet stores have the products that are online though.

This is currently an option that BBW provides- however you can always call a store in advance in order to find out if they have what you are looking for. Stores will be more than happy to put something to the side for a customer and have it waiting for them when they come in. It will be waiting at the wrap desk for you so you just have have to pay and be on your way!

My favorites depend on my mood. Current fav is BLACK CHAMOMILE. It seems to appeal to males and females and isn't as over-whelming like the LAVENDER or JAS VAN can be.

Lavender camomile or eucalyptus. Helps relaxation. For freshy scent, I'll go for dancing waters or rainkissed leaves.

Question
where can i find essential oils?

answer 1
Essential oils are oils in their purest forms. These are the types of oils incorporated into candles to give them such awesome fragrance.

Essential oils are usually quite flammable and irritating to the skin. To make them more practical for other applications, they are mixed with "carrier" oils like olive oil, almond oil, and grapeseed oil. Essential oils are first diluted to make home fragrance oils (for reed diffusers, electric diffusers, and warmer oils), and then diluted much, much further before going into skincare products. Even in dilute form, some people cannot tolerate fragrance (due to oils) in body care products even in small quantities.

Because essential oils are in their purest form, are generally hazardous (flammable, skin irritants, highly concentrated), and are costly to derive from plant and plant parts, you cannot obtain them from just anywhere. Since they are generally used to scent candles, you will often find them for sale from distributors of candle-making supplies.

However, essential oils should NEVER be used in home fragrance or on skin! There is a reason these potent chemicals come with MSDS's (Material Safety Data Sheets).

The aromatherapy section in the store. Try letting the people that work there help you, that is what they are there for.

It depends what you mean by that. Pure essential oil can run up to $500 an ounce depending on where it is sourced from.

However, all of Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy line contain essential oils for a true aromatherapeudic experience.

The closet to pure oil you'll find would be the massage oil or the home fragrance oil.

Something close to the in-shower lotion will be the sugar body scrub. Not only do they scrub you, they "oil" your skin when you rinse the soap off.

Not that I've ever really seen. The closest you will probably be able to find is the Creamy Body Washes in the Signature Collection. The Creamy Body Washes are designed to be thicker, creamier, and more moisturizing than the regular shower gels are.

It's not as thick as the body butters, obviously, but it is much creamier and thicker than any other in-shower products that Bath and Body Works carries.

If you are looking for something that is a strong moisturizer for IN the shower, Creamy Body Wash is where you'll want to be looking.

The closest I can really think of would be the shower creams, especially in the Shea Cashmere collection from True Blue Spa. It's very, very moisturizing, and very creamy. Other than that, I'm not sure!

The robe is definitely full length this year. I am a 6'1" male and the robe still goes below my knees. If you want a short robe, the Shea Cashmere knit robe would be a good alternative, though it is much more thin and a lot more revealing. I don't have the exact robe length, but I can tell you without a doubt that if it is a full-robe on an adult male, it will definitely be a full robe on you!

I really like Hold It Right There. It says it is a tan extender, but I have used it everytime I have been sunburnt. There is aloe vera and tea tree oil in it, which helps to soothe and restore your skin. It also helps prevent peeling.
I also like to use Lay It On Thick as well because it has lots of shea which helps moisturize and relieve the itchiness of sunburnt skin.
As far as the pain goes, try to find a product with lidocaine.

You could do facials, foot spa, manicure, pedicure, etc. Get some different nail polishes, lotions, body spray, tan, body glitter, etc. theres so many mini sizes or set package. Maybe you can even have a game like who gives the other person the best/creative manicure or hair style will win a prize. Theres always a sale so stock up!!! you could tell the girls to come in their pjamas and dress up after the spa is over to eat. Kind of like spa and glam! serve apple cider in cute glasses.

You could set up stations...get some of your girlfriends to come over and help...can have someone to give manicures, someone to do hair, someone if willing to give pedicures..or atleast paint toes and do some little design on thier big toes, but set up differnent areas for each of t hem to go ...try to make each station about the same amount of time then have the girls swich. You can get some of the travel size Bath & Body for gift bags, and then once the girls are all done send them out to the movies or the mall or dinner or something to show off how good they look.
