Wash in cool water by hand using a very mild soap - maybe even baby soap that rinses clean. Dry with a clean, dry cloth and lay out like you would a sweater. Also, make sure that you use lotion when applying the socklets; the lotions will extend the life of the gel. For a great foot massage, turn the socklets inside out and put them on your hands like a "glove".(so your hand is inside the furry outside and the gel part will be rubbing the foot) Apply a rich, creamy lotion to your "glove" and rub into the foot. The glove will increase the bloodflow to the foot area, increase the amount of lotion penetrating into the pores and provide a great massage. It will give your hand a spa treatment as well. Since your hand has your foot lotion on it alrealdy, the glove will create a "hothouse" effect for your hands....great dual spa treatment!
