The area on top of the diffuser is discolored (I'm assuming with oil from the scent). I tried just using soap and water, but it is not coming off. It looks dirty. Any suggestions?

Has anyone of darker complexion tried Patricia Wexler's tinted moisturizer? I am not sure if the 3 color choices are enough. I have the "dark" and when I put it on, I have to rub it in so much that I think I actually wipe most of it off. I am afraid that it is defeating the purpose of the spf if I have to wipe it off to have the color appear to blend. Not sure if this is just me. Does this line plan to make any additional shades that compliment African American (Jamaican) skin tones?
